Very central location, fantastic base for discovering Morro Bay. Silent & airy room with a fairly clean bathroom. A wide range of facilities such as: a fridge, a microwave, and climate control.

Beds were too short.

the location was excellent, close to the shops the kids like with easy access to shopping centres and a market.

The location is great since it's very central and close to the ocean.

The hotel staff was very nice and the room was clean and quite large. Location was perfect and was a great value for the money.

We were a little bummed that the hot tub was no longer there, but I had read a recent review that mentioned that so at least I was prepared ahead of time. THe continental breakfast is just coffee and pre-packaged pastries, but I wasn't expecting much more.

It had unbeatable location with access to a compact bayside park nearby.

Every visit to Morro Bay we like to stay here. the hotel is a quiet little gem and absolutely great. - Very attentive personnel is on the reservation.

We had two rooms, both were nasty and dirty. They didn't even put toilet paper in the holder and the shower was in a very bad condition. In room 107 there was only one window toward a flower box with dried flowers and a wall right in front of the window. Both rooms smelled quite bad. Right after we saw the rooms we decided to leave but the owner refused to refund our money ($169 +tax for each room). He was uncooperative and very rude.

Enjoyed the peaceful rooms with lovely views and the convenience of having a microwave.

Silent & new-fashioned rooms with a view to morro rock. Bonus point for a flat-screen TV with cable channels, climate control and a microwave. Location near outside areas, Close to restaurants, and the Embarcadero and downtown. A wide range of food options just a pleasant stroll away from the venue.

During our stay at Bay View Inn- Morrow Bay, we enajoyed the beautifully decorated and very clean room, fireplace, and comaforta able a bed. The coffee and danish were a nice treat. Definitely recommend this motel.

We had no complaints during our stay and we liked everything about the motel.

Location, location, location. Walked out the parking lot and boom, there was the rock! Just 2 blocks from the water front with great breakfast places, touristy shops and good restaurants. The hotel is clean and affordable but without any extras. That was fine with us since the price was right! The free breakfasts were not worth it. We enjoyed real breakfasts on the water front!

Need to clean the screen in the bathroom (dusty) and finish up the painting.

The rooms are newly renovated and well-maintained. the beds are comfy, perfect after a long day in Morro Bay. - the hotel is in a very central location with bars and restaurants nearby.

When booking the hotel room it BREAKFAST was included. BREAKFAST was not included, a continental breakfast was not included. What was included was a small breakfast roll, coffee and something orange (I think it was TANG) which was not orange juice. Very disappointing because the price of this room was a little more expensive than others . When breakfast was included was why I picked this hotel, otherwise I would have picked another hotel based on price......

Comfortable bed and clean room. The room is nice and roomy.
